Comics for Sale...

I just got a first wave of stuff posted to EBay. I'm going to post a ton of stuff that I never thought I'd sell. We're still paying for mom's funeral expenses, We need money to make it through the rest of this month and I know we'll have the a/c repair facing us on the CR-V soon.

There's never a good time for any of this, though. Right now I'm just taking things a step at a time, like always. It helps me keep from feeling overwhelmed by everything.

For Sale - Neil Gaiman's SANDMAN 11" Cold Cast Statue

ARABIAN NIGHTS SANDMAN full size statue from VERTIGO/DC Direct #2,097/7,000 1994 $65.00

I still have his box and he looks brand new. He lists for around $150.00 on EBay. I've got eight pictures of him posted to my scrapbook, just click forward from this one:

This is the Full Size 11" Statue from the popular Sandman comic series by Neil Gaiman. It's a Cold-cast Porcelain-Hand Painted limited edition statue, designed by P. Craig Russell. It's long been out of production, it was limited to 7,000 ever made. You won't find them in stores anywhere.

He was sculpted by Randy Bowen and is the "Arabian Nights" version of Morpheus from the cover of THE SANDMAN #50 that was produced in 1994. Lee got him for me for my birthday way back when and he's sat on my bedside table all this time.
